Troubleshooting
1 If the terminal is unable to connect to the background server in the first time installation, background shows off line, please check the terminal installation
1.1 Check is the main power connection correct, pay attention not to connect to the vehicle interior control wire.
1.2 Is SIM card installed correctly, please refer to the installation instructions.
1.3 Please check is it power on, the switch at the back cover.
1.4 Check the LED status, please refer to the indicators instruction.
1.5 Check whether the GPS has been positioning, if not please go to the open air for the first time targeting.
2 Terminal shows off line in the background
First check equipment three lights are they normal, in the absence of conditions to check the lights situation, you can check the status of the SIM card, follow these steps:
2.1 Call the SIM card number of the device, see if you can hear the sound of the call is connected.
2.2 Whether the vehicle is in the basement does not have the GSM network signal.
2.3 Observation offline region, individual or all offline, to check whether the operator's network problems.
2.4 Is SIM card no charges.
2.5 Whether GPRS service is canceled (by the end of the month).
2.6 Query parameter settings, view the GPRS transmission time interval is correct.

requirements, please refer to the installation instructions.
4 When in the poor GPS signal reception environment (surrounding tall buildings block the GPS signal), please drive to the open air to locate,
generally the first time targeting needs 1-2 minutes.
5 When specific number receive power off SMS, check whether the illegal cutting line, otherwise check the power line fuse is broken, if so please
contact your dealer to replace the same types of specifications FUSE. After exclusion of the terminal and check internal fault, then we can turn on power to let the GPS continue to work.
